Once a customer becomes a TBPL family member, they come under the wings of the Customer Care Executive who takes care of the customer up to the handing over of the flat or villa. We provide regular updates of the project status to the customer on completion of every milestone. Further the customer care executive follows up with the customer for any customization required and gets approval. A statement of accounts is sent to every customer at the time of stage completion to help them understand how many installments are paid and how many are due
As the project progresses towards completion, the customer care executive makes the customer aware of the procedures, and cost of registration, association fund amount and personal documents required for registration of the property.
On completion of the registration the customer will be informed and after that the customer care executive will facilitate other liaisoning works with the Liaison department of the company to get all the documents mutated in the customer's name. The executive also facilitates smooth handing over of the property to the customer once the occupancy certificate and power connection are obtained for the property.

As a final act the customer care executive shall introduce the customer to our Customer relations department, who then takes over to make the life of the customer pleasant and peaceful in the property.
